Delivery Time
Our typical delivery times are as follows:
- UK and Europe: expect 10-15 working days;
- Japan, South Korea and South-east Asia: expect 5-7 working days;
- Middle-east: expect 9-12 working days.

Customs and Duties
Customs/Tax duty may be applied to the order so please check with your local shipping courier/country for more details about any import taxes/customs fees.
Track Your Delivery
Usually we will email you with a tracking number for your order 2-3 business after your order placement.
In some cases, your order will be shipped by airfreight first to your country (or a nearby location) and then deliver by courier services. In such cases, you may not be able to track your order delivery status during the airfreight transit period, until your parcel arrives and is being handed over to the corresponding courier service provider.
