Simply the INSAIT JOY Smart Basketball, the wireless charger and Joy Basketball app, you’ll have everything you need to take your game to the next level.

The app is compatible with iOS and Android phones. No need to cast on TV, nor set up your mobile phone cameras to track the ball. The embedded sensors will track and communicate with the app automatically.

How to track my order?

Usually we will email you with a tracking number for your order 2-3 business after your order placement.

In some cases, your order will be shipped by airfreight first to your country (or a nearby location) and then deliver by express services. In such cases, you may not be able to track your order delivery status until your parcel is being handed over to the express service provider. When will I receive my order confirmation?

Does customs/tax duty apply to my order?

I need an invoice for my purchase.
