What payment options are available?

For now we support payment using PayPal.

How long does it take to deliver?

Currently, typical delivery times are as follows:

  • US and Canada: expect 10-15 working days;
  • UK and EU: expect 10-15 working days;
  • Japan, South Korea and South-east Asia: expect 5-7 working days;
  • Middle-east: expect 9-12 working days.

I'm from Bulgaria/Romania/Saudi Arabia and they are not listed. Where can I place my order?

Do you have distributors or resellers in my country?

We encourage you to order from our authorised distributors or resellers for faster fulfillment services, local customer support and other unique benefits!

How do I track my order?

Usually we will email you with a tracking number for your order 2-3 business after your order placement.

In some cases, your order will be shipped by airfreight first to your country (or a nearby location) and then deliver by express services. In such cases, you may not be able to track your order delivery status until your parcel is being handed over to the express service provider. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us by email to support@gengee.com.

When will I receive my order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation to your email address a few minutes after you place your order. Please note that if you do not receive an email, please check your junk or spam mail.

Does customs/tax duty apply to my order?

Customs/Tax duty may be applied to the order so please check with your local shipping courier/country for more details about any import taxes/customs fees.

What comes with my order?

I need an invoice for my purchase.

If you wish to obtain a copy of invoice for your purchase, please get in touch with us via info@gengee.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.  

If you wish to have a Company Name or Company Billing Address on the invoice, please include these details within your email.  We will then be able to process your request and email the invoice to you for your records.
