What payment options are available?
For now we support payment using PayPal.
How long does it take to deliver?
Currently, typical delivery times are as follows:
US: expect 10-15 working days;
UK and EU: expect 10-15 working days;
Japan: expect 5-7 working days.

When will I receive my order confirmation?
You will receive an order confirmation to your email address a few minutes after you place your order. Please note that if you do not receive an email, please check your junk or spam mail.
Where do you deliver to?
Currently we offer free delivery to countries and regions including US, Canada, UK, and EU. But we will constantly expand our delivery coverage later on with the aim to offer global delivery to our customers. So even if you are not yet among one of them, please stay tuned!
Does customs/tax duty apply to my order?

I need an invoice for my purchase.
If you wish to obtain a copy of invoice for your purchase, please get in touch with us via info@gengee.com. Please include your order number in the subject line of your email.
If you wish to have a Company Name or Company Billing Address on the invoice, please include these details within your email. We will then be able to process your request and email the invoice to you for your records.
